Bright Shaft and Roller Customization Service focuses on providing high-precision linear transmission and supporting components for automation, hydraulic, machinery, fasteners and mold manufacturing. Adopting cold drawing, centerless grinding, peeling and polishing processes, we can produce bright shafts with round, square, hexagonal and special profiles. Diameter 5–100mm, length 2–6m (customizable longer), diameter tolerance h6–h11, straightness ≤0.1mm/1000mm, surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm, with high straightness, excellent machinability and uniform mechanical properties. 

Common materials are 45# steel, Gcr15 bearing steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, in accordance with ASTM, EN, JIS standards. Standard chrome-plated type has hardness HRC58–62, precision g6/h6, roundness ≤0.3μm, widely used in industrial robots, automation equipment, precision printers, cylinder rods, injection molding machine tie rods, general precision instruments, etc., to improve transmission life and operation stability. 

We provide calendering, precision straightening, precision point straightening, precision grinding, polishing, electrical frequency quenching and tempering, electroplating and other processing. Dimensions, tolerance, hardness and surface treatment (bright polishing, black oxide, anti-rust oil) can be customized according to drawings, supporting secondary processing such as cutting, chamfering and threading.
