The HRC Cut to Length Service for Hot Rolled Stainless Steel (HR SS) is a one-stop processing service launched by Wongsteel (Beijing Yijing Technology) for the stainless steel plate sector. It provides hot rolled stainless steel materials in various forms such as coils, plates and strips, and realizes the whole-process processing of coil sizing, shearing, leveling and stacking through a professional cut-to-length production line, providing customers with finished plates of customized specifications.

The service can process stainless steel coils with a thickness of 3-16mm, inner diameter of φ508mm-φ610mm, outer diameter of φ800mm-φ2000mm, maximum coil weight of 35 tons, and shearing length covering 1.5m-10m, with special sizes customizable on request. The production line has a decoiling speed of 30m/min, equipped with automatic stacking function, maximum stacking weight of 10 tons, and can provide two edge treatment methods: flash edge and mill edge, meeting the processing needs of different working conditions.

In terms of precision control, the service achieves industry-leading levels: diagonal tolerance of ±0.5mm/m, length tolerance of ±1mm, width tolerance of ±0.3mm, ensuring accurate plate size and high flatness, adapting to subsequent processing procedures such as welding, stamping and bending. The surface treatment solutions are rich, providing No.1, No.2, No.4, 8K, hair line and other surface treatments to meet customers' differentiated needs for aesthetics, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
