Drawing Lubricant

WongSteel Drawing Lubricant is a special lubricating consumable developed by Beijing Yijing Technology for metal wire drawing process. Divided into two product lines: **Dry Drawing Lubricant** and **Wet Drawing Lubricant**, it can meet the lubrication requirements of different materials, different wire diameters and different drawing equipment, which is the key auxiliary material to ensure smooth drawing process, improve wire quality and equipment life.

The dry drawing lubricant provides multiple models such as WS405, WS17, WS18 and WS405, specially designed for dry drawing scenarios. It has excellent lubricity, extreme pressure anti-wear property and cleanliness. During the drawing process, it can form a dense and firm lubricating film on the wire surface, effectively reducing the friction resistance between the die and the wire, reducing heat generation and die wear, avoiding defects such as scratches and pulls on the wire surface, significantly improving the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the finished wire, and extending the service life of the drawing die and equipment. It is suitable for dry drawing production of various types of wires such as conventional carbon steel and alloy steel.

The wet drawing lubricant covers models such as WS010, WS012 and WS013 (powder type), suitable for wet drawing process. Based on water with special formula, it has balanced lubrication, cooling and cleaning performance. During wet drawing process, it can effectively reduce the temperature of the drawing area, avoid thermal damage to the wire and die caused by high temperature, and timely remove drawing debris to keep the die hole shape clean, ensuring the stability and continuity of the drawing process. The powder type WS013 is flexible to use, can be deployed according to concentration needs, adapting to production requirements of different wire diameters and drawing speeds, and is widely used in wet drawing scenarios of high-precision fine specification wires and special alloy wires.
