Cold rolling and coiling

Cold rolled steel is a flat steel product manufactured from hot rolled steel, further rolled on a strip mill at room temperature and below the recrystallization temperature without additional heating. The resulting thinner, flatter and higher-precision product includes cut-to-length sheets (also called box plates or flat plates) and long-length steel strips delivered in coils (coil sheets). Finished cold rolled steel coil features excellent forming properties, electromagnetic properties, paintability and weldability, suitable for stamping, bending, welding and painting processes.

Product thickness ranges from 0.12mm to 2.0mm, width 600mm to 2000mm, inner diameter 508mm / 610mm, coil weight 4MT–20MT, with oiled or dry surface treatment. Complies with EN10130, JIS G3141, DIN1623 standards. Common grades include DC01, DC02, DC03, DC04, DC05, SPCC, SPCC-1B, SPCC-1D, SPCD, SPCE, ST12, ST13, ST14, ST15, covering general forming, deep drawing and extra-deep drawing applications.

APPLICATION
It is suitable for fabrication by forming, pressing and bending Applications include domestic applications, automotive manufactur- ing lighting fixtures, electrical components (stators , rotors ), various kinds of sections roofing applications , profiled sheets , and wall elements. Full hard material (spcc-1b, spcc-sd) is widely used for based material of GALVANIZING and pre-painted coil , the final intended use is corrugation.
