Stainless steel bar

Stainless steel bars are solid long profiles made from stainless steel ingots through hot rolling, forging, cold drawing and grinding. They are mainly available in round, hexagonal and square shapes, widely used in machinery manufacturing, fasteners, shaft parts, automation equipment, mold parts, hardware processing and chemical equipment.

We provide a full range of austenitic, ferritic and duplex stainless grades, including 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 410, 430 and 2205, with diameters or AF sizes ranging from 2mm to 200mm. Various delivery conditions are available: hot rolled black bar, cold drawn bright bar, ground polished bar and free cutting machined bar. Products feature high dimensional accuracy, good straightness, no cracks or laminations, excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, machinability and weldability, suitable for turning, milling, drilling and grinding.

Austenitic stainless bars offer high strength, good toughness and low magnetism, ideal for general machinery, fasteners and kitchen accessories. 2205 duplex bars provide superior stress corrosion resistance for marine, chemical and high-pressure applications. 400 series ferritic/martensitic bars feature high hardness and wear resistance, suitable for cutters, bearings and structural parts. All bars can be produced according to GB, ASTM, JIS standards.
