HSBP Strong Convection Well Cover Spheroidizing Annealing Furnace (Electrical Heating)

The HSBP Strong Convection Well Cover Spheroidizing Annealing Furnace is a high-end electrical heating equipment developed by Wongsteel (Beijing Yijing Technology) for the heat treatment of metal wire rods and bars. It is mainly used for spheroidizing annealing and softening annealing of low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, alloy steel and bearing steel. The furnace loading diameter ranges from 1800mm to 4000mm, loading height from 2950mm to 4750mm, total furnace height from 5100mm to 9100mm, total weight of the furnace (including furnace body) from 3200T to 9000T, and jib crane capacity from 13T to 32T. The furnace capacity of 24-32 tons (reference data) can be flexibly matched according to customer needs. For wire rods/bars of different specifications (≤10mm, >10mm), the equipment can accurately adjust annealing process parameters, balance processing efficiency and product quality, and realize stable, efficient and automated batch heat treatment.
