Straight-Line Wire Drawing Machine

WongSteel straight-line wire drawing machine is a core wire processing equipment of Beijing Yijing Technology, specially designed for continuous stretching process of metal wires. With core advantages of high precision, high stability and high efficiency, it is widely used in industrial fields such as steel wire production, welding wire manufacturing, fastener processing and hardware products. The equipment adopts optimized mechanical structure and advanced electronic control system to realize straight wire walking and uniform tension control, effectively reducing surface scratches and wire breakage rate, ensuring the finish and mechanical property consistency of finished wires, and adapting to the stretching processing needs of various materials such as low carbon steel, high carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.

Two main models, LZ-560 and LZ-600, are launched, with core parameters fully covering mainstream production scenarios: Model LZ-560 has a block diameter of 560mm, maximum draw passes ≤14, max.inlet wire dia. 5.5-6.5mm, min.outlet wire dia. 1.3mm, motor power 22-45KW, max.outlet speed 20m/s, noise level ≤82dBA; Model LZ-600 has a block diameter of 600mm, maximum draw passes ≤14, max.inlet wire dia. 6.5-7.0mm, min.outlet wire dia. 1.35mm, motor power 30-55KW, max.outlet speed 20m/s, noise level ≤82dBA. Both models are based on standard configuration, and support full-process customization according to customer's production capacity, wire diameter range and process requirements, adapting to single machine or linked production line deployment.
