WongSteel Overhead Pulling Pay-off & Hydraulic Pay-off are core supporting equipment developed by Beijing Yijing Technology for metal wire drawing production lines, specially designed for stable pay-off of wire rod raw materials. Divided into two series: **Overhead Pulling Pay-off** and **Hydraulic Pay-off**, they can cover the pay-off requirements of full-specification wire rods, providing stable and efficient raw material supply for the drawing process, and are widely used in wire processing production lines such as steel wire, welding wire, fasteners and hardware products.

The Overhead Pulling Pay-off is suitable for fine wire rods with a diameter of less than 6.5mm. Adopting an overhead pulling structure, it has uniform pay-off tension and stable operation, which can effectively avoid wire knotting and winding, ensure the continuity of the drawing process, and improve the mechanical property consistency of finished wires. The Hydraulic Pay-off is suitable for thick wire rods with a diameter above 5.5mm. Equipped with a hydraulic drive system, it has strong load-bearing capacity and controllable pay-off speed, which can meet the continuous pay-off requirements of large-weight coils, adapting to the processing scenarios of high-strength wires such as high carbon steel and alloy steel. Both equipment adopt optimized mechanical structure design, with simple operation and convenient maintenance, and can be seamlessly connected with various straight-line wire drawing machines and direct drive Permasyn wire drawing machines, adapting to single machine or linked production line deployment.
