Horizontal/Vertical Spooler

Our SG series spoolers cover full specifications from SG250 to SG1150, and also support customized models such as SG1250 and SG1400, which can meet the needs of different production scenarios: the applicable wire diameter range covers 0.1mm to 4.5mm, the maximum coiling speed can reach 25m/s, the net weight of finished wire coils is optional from 20kg to 2500kg, and the coil diameter ratio covers the full series of specifications from 125mm to 780mm, adapting to the full-scenario coiling needs from small precision wires to large coils. The equipment supports two driving modes: DC and AC, which can be flexibly selected according to the production line working conditions.
