Our wet wire drawing machines cover two product lines: LT series (LT190-25-199, LT160-21-277-A(B)) and SB series (SB550(600), SB700), which can meet the processing needs of different production capacities and wire diameter specifications. The equipment covers 11 to 25 drawing passes, with a maximum drawing speed of up to 20m/s. It is suitable for processing full-specification wires with an inlet diameter of 0.7mm to 2.8mm and an outlet diameter of 0.08mm to 0.9mm. The average compression ratio per pass is stably between 14.5% and 15.8%, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the drawn wires.

The equipment is equipped with an **AC frequency conversion speed regulation system**, which realizes precise adjustment of drawing speed and synchronous operation of multiple machines, adapting to the processing parameters of different specifications of wires. The core transmission components are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials and precision bearings, equipped with a closed lubrication system, with stable operation and low noise (≤85db), greatly reducing workshop noise pollution and equipment maintenance costs. The wet process effectively avoids wire oxidation, scratching and brittleness in dry drawing. The drawn wires have high surface finish and good ductility, and can be directly used for subsequent tin plating, stranding, enameled and other deep processing processes.
