The machine set provides two standard configurations: LDD1200+XTJ30+KJ30 and LDD1400+XTJ40+KJ40, with core parameters fully covering mainstream thick wire processing scenarios: LDD1200 series has a drum diameter of Φ1200mm, suitable for wire diameter Φ16-Φ30mm, drawing speed 0-48m/min, main motor power 90kw, coil rotation motor power 4kw+1.5kw; LDD1400 series has a drum diameter of Φ1400mm, suitable for wire diameter Φ20-Φ42mm, drawing speed 0-28m/min, main motor power 110-132kw, coil rotation motor power 4kw+1.5kw. The inverted structure design can effectively reduce wire drawing stress, avoid wire twisting problems of traditional drawing machines, and improve the mechanical properties and surface quality of finished products; the supporting wire top pointing machine realizes pre-processing of wire ends, and the uncoiler ensures stable supply of raw materials. The coordinated operation of the three units greatly improves the automation level and production efficiency of the production line.
